We understand that some companies would like to send a second, third, or fourth rep who might not attend the entire conference, so we have set the registration fee for additional booth attendants at a reduced rate of $200 per person (compared to the individual conference registration fee of $325). You may also purchase more than one booth. If you have questions regarding exhibits or the trade show, please contact David Kuhn at aqua.exhibit@vt.edu.
Trade Show Hours: Exhibitor RegistrationRegister online here. Indicate your top three preferences for your booth location (refer to the floor plan for a tentative layout of the trade show booths). Certain booths have been reserved for sponsors. After that, booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the floor plan is subject to revision as necessary to accommodate all the exhibitors. Don't forget to fill in the information for the Directory of Exhibitors, including a short description of your products or services. Registration deadline for exhibit space is July 30, 2010. After we receive your registration and payment, we will send you a confirmation of your registration and booth location. You will also receive additional information concerning where and when to ship your exhibit materials, parking, etc. Refund Policy: Requests for refunds of exhibit space will be honored until July 1, 2010. A $50 processing fee will be assessed. No refunds for booth cancellations can be granted after July 1. Refunds of fees for additional representatives will be honored until August 2, 2010.
